Surprise from New Zealand!

Today I received a package from New Zealand. A package that I wasn’t expect to receive till the end of month. It was my clients’ (Tiffany & Travis) wedding album from Queensberry. I ordered this album back in October. Queensberry says the album will be dispatched in November 22 but it arrived more than a week earlier!!
Queensberry is one of the best wedding album company in the world. It is my first time order album from Queensberry and I am impressed. From a photographer’s view, this company has superb customer service even though they are at the other side of earth. The communication and quality of their services are great.
When I opened the package, there was a little note says… the packaging pellets are environmental friendly. Which means it will dissolved once it meets water. I gave it a little test by putting one in the sink that filled with water and wow it really dissolved in the water and its gone. What a nice thought for saving our earth. I then open the box inside and there is another note about how to care for the album, again, very friendly thought.
Tiffany and Travis ordered a 9×9 13 pages album. The cover material is Buckram in pearl color, which is a durable hard material design to last long long time. And they picked what Queensberry called Duo layout which is combining traditional matted page and digital print page. Queensberry is the only album company offer this option, as other album company can only choose either matted or digital in one album.
The quality of this book is very very nice, the page is thick and cutting is perfect. The prints are great too, color match perfectly with my monitor. I can’t wait to hand this album to Tiffany and Travis, I believe they will love it.
